Agilent MS-series pumps are equipped with standard GAS (threaded) inlet and exhaust connections.
For connection of ISO-flanged vacuum lines or mounting of a filter or Roots booster pump directly to the pump inlet (model 631FL), Agilent offers a line of fittings kits.
Each fittings kit adapts the GAS thread connection to ISO-NW or ISO-K flanges consistent with the pump size.
