The Agilent MS-101 is a high capacity, single stage, oil-lubricated rotary vane pump. The MS-101 features an oil recirculation system, an antibackstream valve that prevents system contamination, and carbon composite vanes for extended pump life. Thanks to its low vibration and its air cooling system the MS-101 is a powerful, compact, and environmentally-friendly alternative to larger industrial pumps with similar speeds but more noise, vibration, and higher cost of ownership.
